Hi, we’re the Perez Family!

Sam and Britany, along with our two daughters, Alaina and Julia!

Down South Studios began as a dream we shared for our family and creative future. After purchasing our 4.65-acre property in 2022, we sketched the studio’s design by hand on a piece of paper and worked together to bring it to life from the ground up. We poured our hearts into creating this 1,600-square-foot space, and we are incredibly proud of what we have built together.

We love dreaming, building, and creating side by side to make our family’s dreams come true. Our hope is for Down South Studios to be more than a rental space—we want it to be a welcoming community where photographers, artists, and creatives can connect, grow, and bring their own dreams to life.
