Down South Studios!
We are a family-owned and operated rental studio, born from a dream to create the perfect space for my photography business, Britany Danette Photography. The vision started in 2022, and after almost two years of building from the ground up, we completed construction in December 2024!
As a mobile photographer during the process, I quickly realized that many other photographers and creatives were likely looking for a space to host their clients. And that’s how Down South Studios was born—a creative space designed specifically for photographers and artists.
Our studio offers 1,600 sq. ft. of versatile space on 4.65 acres, with hourly rental rates available. The studio features a vaulted ceiling, shiny white epoxy floors, beautiful white walls, and large windows that flood the space with natural light—perfect for photography.
Furniture and props are included in the rental, and themed holiday sets are available seasonally.
